We have been designing and building lost wax injection dies for over 16 years. Our dies are built for manual operation through fully automated tools using hydraulic or pneumatic pulls. Tools are designed for ease of use by the wax machine operator. Wherever possible we do not use screws to assemble pulls or die parts, preferring faster and easier methods for the operator. We can supply ceramic core dies as well as soluble core dies. Tooling can be produced from data such as, BLUE PRINTS, CAD FILES, SURFACE MODELS or existing sample parts. Prototypes can be machined from solid wax or produced from low cost epoxy or acrylic tooling.
